I'm no expert but would love to be. So let me take a shot at it and you can fill the holes. Gibson logo is funky, specifically the S and b. Looks like the bridge screws are missing?! Really Crooked too. If it is indeed a Gibson Custom it should have a USA stamp and serial number.

Awful ad grammar scares me away too. :D

The Gibson logo is correct for a guitar made in the 70's. Other than the guitar being subjected to a terrible paint job in an attempt to make it look like a Zakk and other careless abuse, from what I see in the pictures I'd say it is a legit Gibson.

From what I can see it's a really messed up and abused Gibson Les Paul Custom from the 1970's. It's really not one that I would waste my money on.
