Alrighty then...we made this last night. Meengk! I loved the Cento brand whole baby clams. :D

We used four cloves of garlic though. :thumb:

I also tried the Cento parmigiana cheese. This is the aged "straw yellow" stuff that has a nice kick to it. :thumb:

I made this the other night and it was excellent!! I didn't stray far from the recipe. I opted for angel hair and I did use a little more garlic. That's it.

The wife and I agreed. We'll be making it again!!!

It even satisfied our "very picky" eater!!!
