Over the weekend, I picked up a fresh 5th. Tonight I've had one on the rocks, on a phone call to Roberteaux.

Centi Ani!

I finished my bottle of Makers last weekend and am giving Blantons a try tonight, on ice.

Seems quite ok.

Still waiting for Robertaux's call...

Cheers

I very much enjoy Blanton's. It's my Green Eggs and Ham bourbon, because I could enjoy it anywhere.

Dave, Can we see if a user is banned? For me that was a large part of the fun of looking through old backstage threads.

It`s just under the username ;)

Y'all happy now, are ya?

Like button working good, people using it..

-But not with the intensity they used to.

Whatsamatta, did the absence of the like button for so long curb your enthusiasm?

Take the starch out of your sails?

Take the lead out of your pencil?

Or are you still thanking goodness you have it back to play with?

I think you're all good with it now. You can leave a dog out in the rain for hours, but when you finally open the kitchen door and let him in, he's all "thanks pal! Great to see you!!" -never even a cross or angry look. Nothing like a wet cat, what frets and licks the water off for hours, disgruntled and wanting nothing to do with you.

Anyway, I'm glad to see you folks using the like button. Cheers!!

I'm only going to like this because there is a button to like it with. So there Dang it!!:rofl:

So many likeable comments from so many likeable people in this thread.

Seriously, though, I like it (no pun intended) because I can forget from one day to the next, which threads I was commenting in, and if I sign in the next day to see that someone liked something I said, I can go back in and see what happened the rest of the day in that thread.

And secondarily, to enjoy the fact that someone liked what I said. :D
