I recently bought the Seymour Duncan liberator
for my Epiphone Les paul. I’m running passive SD humbuckers (black winters) , two volume (the liberator being one of them of course) and three way toggle. Now when I looked up the wiring diagram for this configuratio, normally it would show where the bridge ground wire would go, but apparently according to this diagram that I got off the SD site, it doesn’t indicate anywhere about the bridge ground wire any help would be appreciated.

Your bridge wire just needs to be grounded. Any ground location will do.
