Some really crappy cell phone pics of my '56 Alnico. Yeah. The knobs are stock. Weird. Switch tip replaced cause the original one disintegrated. 9.2 pounds of sexy.

This is my 1958 Black Beauty. It was recently refinished by Gord Miller and all appointments are now period correct.
Here are some pix of my fabulous, ferocious, filthy 68 Custom fretless wonder. I included some control cavity and pickup cavity shots for those with inquiring minds.
BTW FYI I Picked this up not to long ago for less $$$ than a new 2012 Standard at a Garage sale. so there are still vintage deals out there for those of you still looking. Keep the faith...

Is that a very late 68? Beauty guitar but some of the features are more 69ish.
Curious minds need to know.
It has late 68 date codes on the pots. 3 piece neck

Thought I'd throw up a couple more pics of my '69... she's the best soundin LP I've layed my hands on... I knew it would be the minute I laid eyes on her.
Played her a lot since I bought her in '04but she was nicely played in already....(understatement of the year!) gold was new though, Gotoh bridge TP and studs.
