Actually, I’ve been trading on and off with this one! My RS GuitarWorks 1998 R7 GOLD TOP to 59 Conversion (yes Gold Top). Both of these guitars use to be owned by the same gentleman. He has excellent taste in guitars!

My number one is a 2016 R9. Bought it because it was a great deal and I figured I could make some money off it if I didn't like it. Well, I didn't like it... I loved it. Seriously, I am in love with this guitar and I doubt I'll ever play a better one.

And here I am this weekend playing it at an art walk on haight st. Look how dang happy this guitar makes me

The '99 40th R9 is getting the most play nowadays. The new harness and pickups lifted this already amazing guitar to a whole new level.
