Wow I never knew they did that colour on Customs. I dont know why, but Burst on Custom never look good No offence, this one is ALOT better then Cherry, Im sure its a player too. Nicest Burst on a LPC Ive seen, but they always look strange.

Thanks. It's because it's a Custom Plus model. These only came in bursts. Dark wineburst, honey burst, heritage cherry sunburst and vintage sunburst. What differenciates them from a regular custom is a) no pickguard or pickguard holes yet the pickguard did come in the case b) figured two piece maple top

I know, old Thread, but I was looking through the Threads I subscribe to and I came across this one and thought I'd revive it by posting an updated picture of each of my two beautiful (at least to me anyway) Customs:
