So, I ordered a set of WD-Kluson tuners, Double ring.

From the WD -Kluson site. Not Ebay.

So they send me the wrong shit. Single-line keystones.

Even says on my sheet that came with "DR" at the end.

Right order, wrong part.

So I give a call to Kluson, after 8 rings I get a "dude" calling himself "WD Music".

Bullshit. He's some dude on the couch, filling orders by phone.

After provenance is provided on my end, I get "let me check the warehouse.."

Right. As if he's wandered back into the WD Kluson warehouse, clipboard in hand, checking vast rackage and shelving of stock.

He's not within 50 miles of WD. He's on his friggin' couch, and I'm STILL on hold (as I type this), with shitty music blaring from the phone. 5 songs now.

"let me just check the warehouse.."

Gen Z strikes again.

Why is every damn thing a "problem"?

Dude man comes back, finally. Says to me "that's what you get from us now".

What? Are you even serious?

"that's what you get from us now"?

You tell me that?

When your own site has exactly what I want listed, as #K-3P-NPKDR

Look it up yourselves if you wish:

Has a drop-down menu for what I ordered. Plain as day.

Then, after a silence, I get this:

"we ordered at the end of December".

Oh, so you're getting them in at some point, yes? can you tell me when that is?

Cannot do that. Cannot find out when the real stuff arrives.

I thought they were Kluson. I know they are not made here, they are made in Korea.

But it's no problem to order and receive the wrong shit.

"this is what you get", he says..

For some reason, I'm imagining this guy wearing a hardhat while he's back there scrounging around in the warehouse, clipboard in hand... :hmm:

--R

This guy never put a hard-hat on in his miserable, cereal-chomping, laptop gazing, scraggle whiskered life.

Anybody know were I can get 3 on a plate, nickel finish, keystone knob, double ring tuners?

This is specifically what my customer wants. He gets those, the whole job ships, It's done.

Probably best that he is not in a real warehouse.

WD has a lot of products in their sandbox.

NO. No sir. They list a lot of products.

Then they send mom's basement-boy out between bong-hits to find "some" tuners, hoping I won't notice the diff.

Us Boomers are so demanding. so anal..
