While I could be looking at bad photos in the Ebay ad, but it sure looks like a Desertburst - not a Fireball..

This pic is a lot better example of a Fireball

Box says Fireball, Gibson packing card says Fireball.

I think the difference is that the 2010 Fireball and the 2012 Fireball are two different colors. The 2012 Fireball can be confused with the 2012 Desert Burst in a photo. I looked closely at the guitar and it does have the red band that the Desert Burst does not have.

Won't be the 1st time I've seen a guitar go out with the wrong box / case / paperwork....
