Les Paul parallel series switch wiring?

Hi all, I’m installing single conductor Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers in my LP Custom. There is an existing mini toggle switch I’d like to use to switch the neck and bridge pickups from being in series to parallel. That would be the only mod to standard wiring. (I’m not trying to make individual coils series and parallel.)

Is this possible with single conductor? I’ve not found a diagram for this, only found four conductor, coil switching diagrams.

For the record, a pic below. 1971-72 Custom fretless wonder. It has vintage DiMarzio Super Distortions that I’m swapping out.
