Some of these guys are young and very immature

He struck me as frustrated and immature. He wasnt hearing what he wanted to hear and unfortunately, didnt handle it well. He acted as if he was paying for a service, and was not satisfied with the service. He had a "the customer is always right" thing going on. Hopefully he will return after his ban with a better attitude, and enjoy MLP and all it has to offer, as the majority of us do.
