It looks awfully similar to my 2001 3-pup Epi Custom. Rosewood board instead of ebony should be right for this make/model. Headstock looks similar. Nothing is jumping out at me to say fake, but I’m not up on all the details.

The binding and the truss rod plate look right. The diamond also looks proper compared to my early 2000's custom. Nothing screams fake to me.

Yep, looks very much like my 2003 Epi Les Paul Custom. I tracked the serial number to a factory in South Korea. Did some digging on some wiki's, they were definitely being made in Korea at that time. (96). It's a U serial, for Un sung, like mine. I'd say it's legit, unless someone in Asia is forging these models. lol

It's a nice fake if it is. But if I were going to "fake" a LP, I would go for a Gibson copy, and ask for a little more cash.

The tuning keys look wrong to me. Shouldn't they be Kluson type tuners?
