Just get my new LP Axcess Standard. Excellent guitar, but the package was missing Floyd Rose tremolo arm and there is any hex keys to truss rod or floyd rose. Of course missing tremolo arm is mistake and retailer fix that, but should it be in the package those hex keys to truss rod and tremolo too?

Yes,.. you should have got all the Floyd adjustment allens (two),.. and the truss rod tool.
