FIRST-EVER KISS CREMATION URN READY TO ROCK THE FUNERAL INDUSTRY

Eternal Image, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC PINK:ETNL), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of officially licensed, Brand-name memorial products, today announced that the first of its official KISS cremation urns is now available for purchase.

KISS is famous for its explosive live performances and outrageous rock and roll style. In their forty year career, the band has achieved record-breaking tours, album sales in excess of 100 million, a huge "KISS Army" fan base, and the most memorable look in all of rock history.

“We call this particular KISS urn our ‘Monument’ model,” said Donna Shatter, VP of Operations for the Company. “This urn offers fans a unique expression of their passion for the legendary rock band. It features full-color images of the band members and the KISS flame logo—all displayed against a striking black metallic finish.”

The Monument model KISS urn is eight inches tall. The Company plans to release three additional urn models later this year.

Some people take their love of music too far...

But I suppose it is cool if you like it.

I guarantee you that no past, present, or future KISS-branded item will ever surprise me. Not even a little bit.

I surprised they don't market Kiss tampons or erectile disfunction medication at this point.

My wife is in the funeral industry. She brings home these ridiculous catalogs of caskets and urns, and believe it or not, the Kiss stuff isn't the "worst" that's out there. Heck, you can get caskets themed out in your favorite football team, or weird ones that represent your hobbies like golf.

I've seen caskets marketed to gang bangers, that are designed after blinged out Cadillacs.

In any case, I think these Kiss "Kaskets" are tasteless, but to each their own.

I have no idea why people get so uptight about this stuff.

If you like it - buy it. You have that choice.

I will not be buying one, I am not offended by the item though.

Agreed. I'm not "offended" by this kind of thing, I just think it's tasteless marketing.

Since a funeral is usually about honoring and remembering the deceased person, if they were the biggest Kiss fan in the world, I think it would be appropriate for them to have this... Er... "Kasket".

If it had the original line up...I'd have one for my resting place.

Gene would sell his mother if he thought there was a market.

It's all fine with their merchandising, I don't care much. I will listen to their first six or so albums on occasion and go back to when I was a boy, and none of the mortuary gear will matter.

Oh I totally agree, I love the KISS merch I have. It's just, it's really not surprising that they'd market an urn :D
