Are you (and/or the seller) confident of the year? Because that looks like a baked maple fretboard*.
Not that that's a bad thing.
Damn fine looking guitar. Legitimate Gibson.

*Just a concern. I could very well be wrong about the fretboard. Definitely a real Gibson, though.

Got the guitar and it is AMAZING. Yes rosewood on the fingerboard. Man the Burstbuckers are incrediable. First humbucker I have heard on the coil split that actually sounds like a single coil pickup. Thanks for all your help help. I love this guitar!

For 1977-2013, 1st and 5th digits indicate year.

While serial numbers can have the correct number of digits and format, one should always pay attention to the font. With the fakes they always get the "1's" wrong by not having the serif on the base of the number. The serial number should also be the same color as the finish.
