You may be right, still I have seen many custom shops with zebras, however they may be special cases or have received a pickup swap

[SC][/SC]Gibson only does double creams now, (from what I understand), for dealer request. And I'm not sure that happens much anymore. Dimarzio patented the double cream bobbin some time ago. My guess would be double blacks unless you're lucky enough to get zebra's. It's unfortunate because I personally love the sound of burstbuckers but have only come across a few in double cream. However many boutique pup makers do a double cream, and that guitar deserves a set fosho. Gorgeous guitar my man. I love the lemon but, but not in my ice tea.
