where I was grabbing a few things to make a cheesecake. To my horror, right there on the shelf next to the Aunt Jemima pancake mix was the nastiest thing I've seen in a box in a long long time. Right between good ole Aunt Jemima (in the good box with Aunt Jemima on the front) and the Krusteaz it sat, trying to look all innocent, proudly proclaiming "gluten free organic superfood". A stack of boxes in white and green, gluten free organic cauliflower pancake and waffle mix.

I swear by all that's holy, if anyone ever offers me a cauliflower waffle I will fucking beat them with their own arm.

I love gluten. I love pancakes. I love maple syrup.

Oh yeah, cheesecake is a food from the gods.

I like cauliflower, as cauliflower. Not rice, not anything else. And lightly steamed, NOT COOKED.

Cauliflower pizza crust sorta works, but it gets soggy easy.

The gluten-free "cauliflower" pizza crusts offered at many restaurants and/or grocery stores are not the same as an all cauliflower pizza crust. They just have some gluten free flour mixed with a small portion of cauliflower so they can claim that.

I'd have to read the ingredients on the pancake/waffle mix to know.

We use the riced cauliflower in a lot of our dishes. I like it.
