Why can't I walk into my guitar shop and find these two jamming it out? I'm stuck with the after school emo kids murdering power chords on Line6 Spiders.

I love how everyone in the store is nonchalant about them. I suppose if you spent enough time in Nashville, you'd get used to seeing talent all over the place.

That's great. Hilland is such a bad-ass. Seems like a nice guy too. Oliveri- don't know much about him but he sounds fantastic.

Yeah I lived in Nashville for a bit and heard some great playing in guitar stores, usually the smaller ones though. I remember one time I was in one and this guy comes in who had to be about 7', with gigantic hands. I mean it looked like he couldn't fret just one string with each finger and he sits down with a strat he pulls off the wall and starts into these real elaborate delicate jazz runs. It was just insane and a lot of fun to watch.

Johnny is quite the human being. I have known him for many years and he is a stand up guy. He is legally blind but has an uncanny ability for doing clinics and conducting Master Classes. Plus, you should hear him play metal....

Hmm. I just got my head cut just watching that. Johnny is great and that other cat is pretty awesome as well. I think everyone in Nashville can play. I traveled on business there once and I believe half the folks in the local office were very good guitar players. Anyone know why Johnny is now with Music Man? Just curious.
