Mostly, I think, because THIS custom vanished and the guitar that replaced it was a burst.

Black Customs are odd birds. I beat the HELL out of mine for years-slim taper neck-T-Tops+witches 1974. It is a "one off" likes to feedback. Now in retirement, served me well.
