I'm looking forward to it, I'm always willing to lend Jimmy Page an ear.

IF he gets on stage, he will be good.

However, he's a man of unfulfilled promises in regards to his "solo" album for the last 15 years.

He always say that his project will happen in the next year. Winter passes, spring passes, summer passes and then, in the fall, he says again that the project will be in the next year.

Don't take my word for it. It's all documented.

Sounds interesting. I heard this mentioned on SirusXm the other day. I know I will give it a listen.

Too bad he didn't do this in the early 90's.

'Grunge' would've loved it.

and can you imagine Chris Cornell jamming/singing with Jimmy Page back in the 90's when Cornells voice was a total monster? That'd have been really cool.

Yep...

I feel for the guy, but he's been making the same statements since Percy said no to a Zep tour in late 2008/early 2009 (or whenever it was).

..that was a blip that barely registered (in the 90's)

maybe LZ fans noticed it.

Great to see all the post production stuff he is doing to immortalize the Zep legacy.

I was treated to a Grade 8 string orchestra's version of Kashmir a couple days ago at my daughters x-mas concert. All those 12 and 13 yr old violin and cello players did a great rendition.Kashmir in their young brains, what a thought. They can look up the composer with the de-luxe re-isssue of the original albums ,now with companion CD's and booklets.Study the life of the composer!(minus the jack daniels!:laugh2::laugh2:)
