Well, I've had this MIM body for a while now, so I decided to paint it as a tribute to one of my favorites. Nothing much more to say about it I guess, so I'll share some pics with you. This was my "weekend project", since the family was away for the weekend.

thats so freaking beautiful man! love the way it turned out to be honest, im not a fan of " perfection " and to me that imperfection seems more authentic

The one thing I was really going for was that "mine" look. I wasn't trying to make it perfect. I was just trying to show my humble respect for one of the greatest players. It turned out exactly how I wanted it to.

Yeah, I can't wait for it to be done as well. I've got the harness and pups (GFS Alnico II's), but I want to get an All-Parts neck for it. My Squiers are too thick at the heel.
