Jazz/n - Phat Cat/n - JB/b

How would the Phat Cat P90 work with the other 2 pickups / in the middle PU slot of Epiphone Black Beauty ?

I'm also planning to mod the wiring so that I could get all the possible pickup combinations (including individual PU selections, no coil splitting or out of phase options) with 1 master tone (push /pull) and 3 vol pots (1 of these would be a push / pull pot). I might also do Kinman mods for the vol pots, and wire a Vitamin T capacitor for the tone pot.

Does it sound like a good or a horrible plan ?

I would be playing rock / hard rock / metal with these pickups & guitar.

I would't put the phatcat in the middle I would put it in the bridge. PS I love my Phatcat/JB setup. very versatile and sounds great!

So, just to clarify.. you would just switch the places of JB and PhatCat and leave the jazz on the neck ?
If so, would you have a neck or a bridge JB in the middle ?
