I would say definitely fake. Truss rod cover should be plain, the colour is all wrong, headstock shape is wrong, serial number indicates 2006 where as these were 2010 models. The list is endless!

Well,.. it's real enough that if you dropped it on your foot it would cause some serious hurt..... other than that it is fake as fake can get.
