Seems legit. For valuation purposes, it's probably worth noting that this appears to be a Les Paul "Custom" built by Gibson USA, not a Custom Shop "Custom".

Thank you both. Yes I'm contemplating it knowing it is not a custom shop custom but rather a production Les Paul custom . Valuation at 4k Canadian (approx 3200 USD)

Thanks ! Looks like I'm going to take the plunge on this one . Already a 2012 traditional goldtop owner and looking forward to adding to the collection

$4k is a good price for a Custom too. When I was looking at the market before I ended up buying new I couldn't find anything reasonable for less than about $4700-$5000. Definitely looks worth it to me.

I don't know about prices in CA, but in the US I think $3200-$4000 is a little high for a non-custom-shop Les Paul Custom. You can get a CS Custom for $3000-$3400 pretty regularly, with a flame top sometimes as well. For example, here's a 2010 for $3200: https://reverb.com/item/42963941-gi...tom-wine-red-flame-top-custom-shop-great-neck

So that one is a hair shy of $4200 CDN, not counting shipping + whatever fees that end up being charged bringing it into Canada. It adds up quickly.

Super nice example though. I really wish Gibson offered the Custom in more finishes than just Ebony and AW still.
