Is anyone else using the TonePros Locking Kluson tuners?

I bought these to put on my Studio... Not sure if I like them or not. I'm also not sure why they made the thumb wheels so freakin huge. PRS has thumbwheels at the top of their locking tuners and it's not a huge eye sore...

I have had them in chrome. Made some threads about it. Use the search function.

use these instead man. they look just like the "gibson deluxe" and use same screw hole and post holes, and they dont have that big thumb-nut thing.

How do these work? Do you put the thumbwheel into the back of the tuner and then lock it as if you were using a lock and key, or do the thumbwheels stay in permanently?

EDIT: Used the search and found some pics of them. They definitely don't float my goat.

Are you having problems with your Studio going out of tune? All three of my Gibsons don't really need locking tuners. I've been happy with the stock tuners.

Nice! These look like push-in bushings. The ones on my Studio are screw-on bushings. Do you think it will make a difference at all?

No, I just appreciate the simplicity of them for quick string changes. Just something that's nice...
