How much? Where do they sell it? I want one like this (maybe a different color). I want one with all those switches too.

They don't sell them anymore; they were a Limited Run. They listed MSRP for $8500 and were tagged at $5999 new at GC. I think GC Platinum's site has had one for sale at some point in the recent past.
