Love mine, the best Paul I own! I have read Gary kept the binding off and wanted nothing more than a AA quality top to keep the price down. These are pics of when I bought it, he had put Seymour Duncans in it. I put the originals back in, but later have put Wolfetones in it and it now sounds perfect.

Now that's a bad ass top for a studio. It's probably at least a AAA by today's standards.
