My biggest guitar idol has for more than 40 years been ALVIN LEE. But since the late 80´s, GARY MOORE has been a close second.
And when it comes to the ultimate overdriven Les Paul tone, Gary is my main inspiration.
It has been really sad for me to se the passing of my two guitar heroes during these past years.
Fortunately I have a signed and aged Alvin Lee " Big Red " ES 335 # 38 of 50.
And yesterday I was lucky enough to purchase a year 2000 Gary Moore signature with what I think is the best top I have ever seen on one of these.
NGD thread will follow when this beautiful guitar comes to Denmark in a couple of weeks.
Rock on and thank you for the music Alvin & Gary !!
