If you had to keep only one LP, which one and why?

GRRRREAT. I'll start off: I love seeing everyone's beautiful Lesters.

@Texsunburst59 what is your neck profile like on that 80 Beauty??

CSB00, the neck is like the perfect neck for me.

It's actually a cross between a 50's and a 60's neck.

It's the about the best neck on a LP I've ever owned or played.

I've never measured the neck from the top to the bottom , so I don't really know the dimensions.

The guitar just has an amazing neck.

WOW!

Looks like I almost missed it, but since it's still open....

I think anyone that knows me in here knows my answer! :laugh2:

My 82 CAR would have to be it!

34 years and an act of God to get it.. I'm not foolish enough to think that chance will ever happen again.

Nope, not going to happen. It's a keeper!

Reading through this, it's really difficult to see how it developed into an argument.

If you don't intend to play along with the thread, what's the point of posting? Nice herd though.

Love the CHip and Dale!!!! Oh, I see Tigger too!:dude:

Chip and Dale and the sailor Troll have actually been around the world, twice. Gifts before I left for my first deployment. Chip and Dale used to sit next to my radar console. The Troll sat on top.

The girl Troll was a gift after my daughter was born. She took the photograph hanging between the two Customs, also.

Tigger has always been around, in some form or fashion. :thumb:

OK. Rescinded.

*Mod Note*

This thread, which is a great thread, has been turned catty and quite frankly, reminiscent of a jr high girl's locker room.

A moderator before me closed it, then graciously re-opened this thread due to the otherwise fine content.

I'm going to say this one time: Grow up and knock off the catty remarks -all parties. I don't care who you are.

Let the rest of the forum enjoy the thread in peace.

-don't respond to this message. Just quit.

If I just HAD to... I'd keep my first Custom... the 2006 '68RI.

I don't know what it is about this guitar, but it certainly has "mojo." Not a thing I would, or have changed.

Though, I could just sell the guitar on the left, and that'd probably cover pretty much anything I needed to cover.

Just one then it would have to be my Shanks. Best guitar I have ever owned. Perfect neck, just a shade over 9 lbs and a true rock.blues machine
