Never seen that brand before.
From the pics you're at a yard sale and want to make a decision?

First of all, don't fall into the "Yard Sale" excitement!
Many people buy over rated stuff for too much money at yard sales and then regret it.
Many people think they will find "The Item" that was under the radar, the Picasso drawing
that was paid $20 that is worth $1,6M but it almost never happens.

Again form the pics:

Asian copy of a Gibson Les Paul. Metric bridge, etc.
Seems to be around the Epiphone regular series set neck model quality.
Not Epiphone though so it represents a lower value.

Comes with a "acoustic guitar case" ?
You could sell that later on.

If you're already a player and can try and experiment how it feels (good)...

How much is the asking?
$100 would be great.
But it's from the pics only.

Offer $25 and it must include the stand and case. Anything more, walk away. Fu*k marks guitar, the case and stand are the value in those pics.

The person who is selling it clearly has no idea about instruments and will almost certainly over value. Evidence of this statement comes from the guitar strings.

I see $25 worth of garbage that will need inspection, cleaning, and a dumpster. You will get $50-70 for the case locally and the stand can help you weld up exhaust pipe so freebie tool. The guitar.... me personally I'd leave it there and just take the stuff I want. If you are inclined to take and try to play it, please buy new strings and put them on properly, give it a new nut, some electronics and a good setup most likely and you will have a playable ugly as donkey nut sack guitar.

Take my ramblings with a sense of humor. But for real, it is an ugly guitar.

Pictures are from "yard sale", but i found it on ebay adds, Germany. Bought for 100€ (with case and shipping)
Should arive in 2 days from now.
If nothing more, looks decorative.
Even if i tear it appart and sell pickups and small parts, i will get my money back.
Question was out of pure curiousity, never seen this Logo before.

And yes, Bobby, im a player for last 44 years ;)
Its basicaly my surprise gift to my own 56th b-day...

Well, you take better pics than the store. Doesn't look half bad.

My first impressions are, actually, quite good. Only thing i had to to was to oil fretboard, it way really dry. and to put new strings.
It has really low tension, even with .007 without buzzing. And based on weight, its definitely not Basswood.

BTW, this Yamaha of yours, nice piece. I dont know how much did you paid for it, but here in Europe SL500/550/700 are between 850 and 1100€ (production years 1980/81). Its some 1000-1300$.

Haven't received it yet. I try to keep expectations low so that I'm never disappointed, but it was relatively cheap.
