I saw one the other day on Facebook and the kid was so small you couldn't help but smile watching him. May be the same kid, they were sing the same song.

Edit: Found the other video.

Kids are quick learners if you have the patience to be a good teacher and they like what they are learning. I wish I would have had the opportunity to learn guitar while I was young like that.

I actually wish I started playing guitar from a younger age. When I have offspring I'dd be sure to give them that opportunity. :)

I'm still goona make excuses for my lack of ability and dedication, cuz those kids are robots. If you look closely you can see the power cords to their power supplies on the floor.

I started when I was in 4th grade and quit, like an idiot.

I've worked on this for a while, still not up to this dude (granted, he only plays the first half):

Maybe the rockin outfit helps?

Edit: Sorry if that comes across like bagging on what he's wearing. Who cares, dude can play! His name is Amos Lora, has his own website, and apparently causing a pretty good stir.

I wasn't even sure if that was the kids hands until the end of the video or if he was sticking his head in front of someone elses body with half his shirt missing or wtf was going on :p

the really young ones are good for their age but can't say I enjoy listening to them :naughty:

But now, I'm sure he only wears Calvins.

Back to your guy, gotta say, he's cute and all, but is that full-size (jumbo?) really necessary? Or more of a gimmick, to make him look extra munchkin? A perfectly serviceable half or quarter could be found for what, $50, and allow him to reach lower than the D string.

Again, it's cute, but seems a little too much like sending your 5-yo off to t-ball with a 34" bat and men's XL helmet, getting a few good swings out of him/her, then posting it on youtube for a million views.

I'm hoping for stem cell finger extensions, I'm all over it if they come out with that.

Well I was going to post the usual Django reference, but I guessed this was more about small hands than loss of fingers....

But all right then, why not:

(look at the chord fingerings in the intro, then check out the solo at 2:10)

and talking of finger deficiency...
