I wasn't even sure if that was the kids hands until the end of the video or if he was sticking his head in front of someone elses body with half his shirt missing or wtf was going on

Back to your guy, gotta say, he's cute and all, but is that full-size (jumbo?) really necessary? Or more of a gimmick, to make him look extra munchkin? A perfectly serviceable half or quarter could be found for what, $50, and allow him to reach lower than the D string.

Again, it's cute, but seems a little too much like sending your 5-yo off to t-ball with a 34" bat and men's XL helmet, getting a few good swings out of him/her, then posting it on youtube for a million views.
