Has he got stuff in his jacket pockets or is he gettin fat?
He always jokes about how he gains 10 pounds when on tour and credits the guy who does their cooking.

I regularly watch Casino Guitar videos. When Baxter combs his hair, it truly looks weird. I love how they always go off topic and comment on movies, other people, gigs, etc.

It kind of does matter. I understand what you're saying and Massa and I are about the same age.

He's making money and his career is doing well. I'm just saying it will be interesting to see where he is 10-20 years from now when the core of his fanbase is dead or not able to go to shows anymore.

If you go to a (for example) Elton John or John Fogerty show you'll see fans of all ages. From what I've seen the average JB fan is probably at retirement age or older. Imagine if Taylor Swift was only pulling in people 65+, you wouldn't find that odd?

He seems to be a smart guy. I'll be interested to see what direction he goes in 10-20 years from now (providing he doesn't die from his brain freezing).

How old are his band members? Maybe I'm wrong and he plays with a bunch of guys his own age. Imagine Clapton if The Yardbirds were all like 60 when he was 20.
You seem very fixated on the age of his audience. Is that why you're contrasting him with Mayer, your supposed chum (#humblebrag)? He may pull in a younger crowd, but plays commercial dreck that is forgettable about 10 mins after the song ends, imo. As said earlier, he is much more renowned for his horndog skills than his guitar skills, although he is a good player. I'm a ways under 60 and I've gone to one of JB's shows. Lots of other youngers folks there as well and I didn't see a single walker in the venue. I guess I'll be one of the only fans left when the core fanbase is "dead", as you so kindly prophesized. Oh well, enjoy "Paper Doll" or "Who You Love (feat. Katy Perry)" of any of the other stone-cold Mayer classics that definitely don't cater specifically to a post-millennial teenage female audience.

I think I have an IG account, but they didn't let me upload from a PC and I don't use my phone for stuff like that. I use it for work stuff.
