A $299 SDOTD from a couple years back is to blame. Going through a Champ with verb or dirty/compressed AC30 I'm in heaven. I spent a few hours last night in my music room mowing down classic rock and blues tunes which is something I haven't done in a long time. Inspired is a good thing.

More swamp ash maple neck single coil fun has been calling me and if this happens my Lester count will drop.

As far as SGs go, I've been looking at some early 70s lefties, and that may end up happening (I have nothing against Norlin SGs, and had a lovely '74 in the late 70s that I would have kept had it been a lefty).

G&Ls are fantastic guitars. Not a fan of the headstocks, but the guitars are great. A nice bonus on the Strats is that the bridges work and stay in tune, unlike the vintage bridges which are quite finicky.
