not at all, don't think I've ever read a WW comic. I just read a lot about history.

2: Trump promoted Gibson.

3: Gibson took on Slash as ambassador.

4: Gibson delayed revealing financial results, rattling investors waiting for their investments to show profits. In other words this quarter is where Gibson are supposed to pay the piper plus show a healthy profit. Oops.

I covered all these things in the video. Including Gibson getting help from the very top of the political elite.

Plus I covered them parading white tigers like Melissa Etheridge or Slash, to entertain likes of Bain and other corporatists/ultra rich elite.

But like I said in the video. Their CEO has nothing to worry about. He's in. In with the worst of the worst. The who's who of political donors and lobbyists. If Gibson get in an even worse state (which they will) The guys who write our own tax laws, gov contracts, international trade agreements and bailouts (lobbyists/donors of Wall Street, gov contractors, corporations, banks etc) can click their fingers and the tax payer will bail out whatever financial institutions are holding Gibson's poisonous debt.

Gibson will carry on throwing your future money into a black hole. I give it a year before the next round of bailouts rescue whatever shitty banks/investors get stung by Gibson's CEO's embarrassing incompetence.

The rating action is due to Moody's concern with Gibson's weak operating performance, liquidity pressure from approaching maturities, and the view that the company's capital structure is unsustainable. The rating outlook is negative.



"We feel that Gibson's capital structure is unsustainable due to the uncertainty over its ability to refinance debt that comes due in July 2018 and August 2018 given its very high leverage and weak operating performance," said Kevin Cassidy, Senior Credit Officer at Moody's Investors Service. Debt/EBITDA is approaching 10 times. "Despite our expectation of debt reduction over the next year with the expected proceeds from asset sales, we think debt/EBITDA will remain high at around 8 times," noted Cassidy.
