I am itching to build a new amp just because it is fun...

I ended up with the Ceriatone 5F6a kit (unassembled board) strictly because I like the head chassis...

This is going to be fun...

Is that finish conductive? Or are you gonna have to scrape it where you want ground contacts? I'm just gearing up for a scratch build myself!

I believe it is. The full build pictures Ceriatone posts have grounds on the chassis.

It would be wise to confirm that conductivity with a meter! The last thing you want is to chase down wonky grounds, mkay?

I wouldn't even bother to confirm... a meter will often show continuity through paint.
Anywhere you have a ground lug, I would polish out the paint. Just a little disc of sandpaper on the end of a pencil eraser in a drill... clean off the contact point to the bare metal but it doesn't look like you took a grinder to it.
