I apoligize

I just finished emailing jonesyblues, and i found out that my son has been causing problems here. He has a extremely short temper and runs his mouth. I have no idea what he has or did here, but if jonesyblues had to metion it in the email, i had to apoligize. I do not play guitars or anything, but i just wanted to apoligize for his actions and behaviors.

Jonesyblues did a amazing job for the rig, he wiried it great, called, emailed checked in. Really kept on top of it. Put up with my son. Highly reccomend him. Great prices and a good guy.

It's all good, long story short. I built one of my first MSP rigs for Ledlovers Les Paul Custom. He had a tech from NYC install it. The Tech called me up as I had mailed instructions for him to do so. The long shaft MSP rig dropped in but it is a "Hot-rodded" rig with two push pulls and does the out of phase, series and series out of phase. The prototype in is Alice my SG. I think many of you have already heard the sound clips? MSP mp3 sound clips Tonemojo.com anyways, it had been about a week since I talked to the tech and the switch wires in the LP Custom were braided and you need to use the 4 con. plastic coated wire. So the tech was cool with that but he had to order some and last I knew everything was good to go. I have to say John over at "We buy guitars" in NYC is a stand up guy and I would recommend him to anyone in that area if you need work done.

Ok here is where it get's interesting, I get back from doing a little shopping with my wife and little girl and I check my emails and I have this "Angry" email from Ledlover telling me that I sent him a rig that didn't fit and how could I have gotten it wrong and he is only 16 and it cost him a whole lot of money and blah blah blah,. I kept my cool and explained to him my conversation with the tech

The next email was from Ledlovers dad who was gracious enough to apologize for his son's temper tantrum, and said he was sorry for the other email. So I told them same thing I told them what I just told you about talking to the tech etc. and would check into it. I had actually saved the techs number in my cell and said I would call NYC in the morning and see what was up.

Well when I called early this morning the tech had not finished the install yet but was getting ready to do so. (he had been waiting on the 4 lead wire) He calls me back an hour or so later and said the MSP was working perfectly and liked he cool Peter Green/ Page Tones. I had also filled him in on the angry email I got from ledlover as it had bothered me and he was surprised to say the least that there was a problem but would pass that on to the dad.

So Happy ending with the MSP install and a few emails later between me and the dad and I mentioned I had been patient and kind with his son even with his posts here at MLP, you guys know what I am talking about..and that brings us to this thread.

Thanks for the back story.

I'm not surprised that HE would have sent you an angry email over something "not fitting" - but talk about a short temper and a lot of disrespect.

One should be required to have some sort of license to be allowed to use the internet!
