Jeebus! Does it come with hammers, keys and a sound board too?

Imagine the support that neck needs.

Imagine how those bottom strings will collect skin from your fingertips!

imagine the cost of restringing the fecker!!

just one question....

WHY?

how the hell can you even play that if you were slingin it over your shoulder? You'd have to over the top it with your left hand, no way can you even reach the thickest string with your hand slung under it. Dumb....just dumb. Even if it was a 15 string guitar like that, it's just a gimmick and at 50K GBP, whoever buys it is smoking bling bling grade crack.

Hopefully all that string tension causes it to implode.
And hopefully said implosion does not create a universe-destroying black hole.

Those low bass strings look more like steel cables than strings.

Slide Bass! A piece of brass tubing long enough to play those Delta Bass Blues tunes that were SO influential.

Uuum :hmm:

My 5 string bass overwhelms me at times. :fingersx:

But looking real close at the pictures of that thing...its a mess. What a poorly put together hunk of pooh. Gottah love the striped out Phillips screw heads :applause:

And only 5000 pounds...such a deal. :thumb: At todays rate that would be $7932.00 U$D's. Woot sign me up.

But it does say make a deal.

So how about a offer the seller $5 American Dollars to burn it and set it free to the guitar gawds. :applause:

That's awesome. :thumb:

I've been a fan of Cheap Trick since 1977. So being a fan of them made me a big fan of Tom Petersson of Cheap Trick. Rick always gets the lion share of the Cheap Trick sound, but Toms 12 strings had much to do with the sound. which was well proven on a handful of records when he left the band for a few years.

That monster last string is an F two octaves below the first-fret F on a standard 4-string bass. Good luck trying to reproduce notes in the single-digit Hertz range.

Bag End Infra (formerly ELF) processor & subs; they'll get you 8Hz. :wow:
