How to reactivate old account

Hi all, it's been years since I logged in to my account (MrBones) but used to be a very active member in the early days of the forum. I can still log in to that account, but can't change the email. It's restricting me until I can verify the account email, but I don't have access to that email account anymore. Anyone know how I can get help fixing that?
