LOL...I bet the Yngwie amp could have been just as loud if they had used a Les Paul with it..

Neither was ever as loud as Johnny Ramone. The Ramones were the loudest band I have ever seen in my life - and I've seen Slayer, Black Flag, Anthrax, Pantera, GWAR, Black Sabbath and on and on and on. NOBODY is louder than The Ramones.

Id go with the Yngwie on looks alone. Too bad it doesnt come in a 50w version.

My guess would be to get it more accurate to the guys themselves. A strat for Yngwie, an LP for Slash. IMO the LP should have been used on both amps, but that's just my LP bias creeping in

It's got a built in attenuator and has a button that makes it half power (50w essentially)
