Assuming they have the same pole spacing and you can solder, disconnect the two small leads coming off the coil of each. Then, swap the baseplates and hookup leads between pickups and reconnect the small leads.

If you're putting this into a guitar with another pickup, and you find the two pickups now out of phase with each other, flip both magnets in either pickup to put them back in phase. Doesn't matter which pickup.

Your dogear baseplate is brass. Your soapbar baseplate might be brass plated with something or it might be another metal like nickel silver. Brass will make a pickup sound darker, so keep that in mind when considering the sound and your swap.

Good luck!
