How do I yellow a finish?

I recently sprayed a Telecaster of mine in a white blonde, with Watco lacquer. It has been over a month, and she is all sanded and polished up. I now realize that it would look better with a slight amber tint to it.
SO... how would I go about yellowing the finish in the sun? For how long? Should I be worried about cracking/shrinking of wood?
Any help will be appreciated :)

there is a R5 relic in progress in the historic section and he used shoe polish to amber the clear coat

Not sure I'd shoepolish it.

Tinted nitro from reranch works great.

I'd be tempted to go the natural way: Sunlight, if you can find it in your neck of the woods...Kinda gloomy in these parts. I don't know if a UV lamp would work or not.
