Up for sale is a Historic makeover RDS that was selected by HM for the full RDS treatment and originally sold by them as "Jefferson". The guitar is also used on their website as an example of their Ice Tea finish.

2013 Gibson Historic Collection R8 Les Paul specially selected by Historic Makeovers® and given our full Deluxe Package Makeover with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. Weight is 8lbs, 7oz. Finished in a gorgeous teaburst.
As a Bonus we added the following parts:
Retrospec Amber Bonnet Knobs
Retrospec Rhythm/Treble Ring
Retrospec Switch Tip

The guitar has had some more upgrades since it has left HM including
- Bartlett Retrospec aged M69 pick up rings
- Dave johnson aged pick guard
- MSSC "Holy Grail" harness w/ real 50s Bumble Bee Caps
- ReWind pickups pre 72 JP PAF pickups w/ vintage pull covers ($550 pickups)
- Pre 2007 brown Lifton case (thinner 50s style) w/custom cut foam inserts
The case has some scuffs and scratches but it goes along with the theme of the guitar.
The original Gibson COA and paperwork are included as well as the historic makeover COA and paper work.
The guitar has zero fret wear and plays like a dream. I would love to keep it but I'm purchasing a home soon and need to free up some funds.
