I feel that OP is a bit in panic... please don’t

As I understand, this bad luthier did some work in your guitar few years ago.. did your issue (which is not yet well defined) appeared just after you got the guitar back (few years ago) or it started these days?

By all means, it is a usual and easy fix... pickups and wiring can be adjusted or even totally changed to get the tone you want

Start with defining the tone issue you have...
My issues appeared Years ago, but i tought It was Just my impression...i ve not a Gibson center near me so i said i will sent in Naples's Gibson center that Is the most close to me..but i never id it

What' s wrong? And what can i do?
Misplaced or wrongly connected wiring.

You probably don't need any new parts apart from capacitors which are very cheap. It only needs soldering skill and a little experience. Any good guitar tech or luthier could do it, you don't have to go to Gibson necessarily.

Everyone has told you the pickups are 99% positive orginals. They are common, factory, nothing specials, with no reason to be fakes or swap/stolen.

Everyone's also said there's probably something going on with the wiring, so take it to a guitar shop and have them fix it.

Problem solved. Fix it or don't, posting the same thing here over and over goes nowhere.

Any medium skilled guitar tech would fix it for you... cheap and easy fix... no need even to leave the guitar at the tech if you don’t trust/know him.. it is a 30 minutes fix
