So I've just bought a 3 way switch harness for my Warmoth Telecaster which has a Seymour Duncan Seth lover 3 conducter Humbucker in the neck and a SD Broadcaster in the bridge.
I'm a bit confused with the colour coding on the neck Humbucker.
Please could someone show me where the wires need to go..
Cheers guys

Well, the first thing you do is get a nickel-covered single coil for the neck position so it will be a proper Telecaster.......:jam:

Also, IIRC, Seymour has wiring diagrams on his website; Stew-Mac does, too. Have you checked those places?

I've never seen a 3 conductor Seth Lover. Got a pic of the back side?

im not familiar with that humbucker. 3 conductor? would be nice to see the back side or the front even.
that blue wire looks pretty fat, sure theres not 2 wires inside that insulation?
seems odd for a duncan.

if it really is a 3 conductor and meant specifically for a tele im going to guess that one wire is just for the chrome cover, if it has a cover. usually the chrome cover is grounded with the ground wire, but on a tele theres a 4 and 5 way switch mod for additional tones in which case the ground for the neck pickup cover needs to be separate.

if thats the case then just ground the extra wire.
do you have a volt meter?
