help with a serial number

Ola amigos,

I need help with a Gibson serial nimber. I just got my "new" Gibson Les Paul Special home this evening (pics coming!!).

The serial number is 02210476. It is stamped on the back of the head stock.

Help would be mucho appreciated

Well it looks like it was made in 2000.... probably july.... and was the 476th one made
