I brought my guitar to a guitar tech, handed him 2 RS super pots, and 2 250K CTS pots from RS guitarworks as well, and 2 PIO caps. Told him to wire it 50s style. Can someone verify if this wiring is indeed 50s wiring? I have no experience with soldering and all that so I cannot identify by looking at diagrams.

I believe 50s wiring is supposed to keep treble frequencies when rolling down the volume knob to prevent a muddy tone. The bridge pickup is fine, no loss of highs when I roll the volume knob. But for the neck pickup, I do lose a significant amount of highs and it does get muddy when I roll down the volume.

Any problems with the wiring? And is that wiring messy by standards?

Yes, that's "50's" wiring.

What are the numbers on the back of the Volume pots?

Also, it could be pickup-related. What pickups are you using?

I can't really identify the numbers, but they are RS Superpots for sure.

I'm using pickups wound by Manlius, Landmark PAFs, neck 7.05k bridge 7.5k.
