I'm going to get a new pickguard for my Tele in open G. It's beaten to death and it has a pale ish all maple neck. Which one would you choose?

Voted other...the silver Brushed Anodized Aluminium above would look nice.

In the end, I went for 3 ply black, gloss. I'll post picture of the whole guitar once I have it here. Thank you very much everyone!!

It’s hard to go wrong with any of them really, I like the parchment, but the black is nice too.

That switch/knob plate though!
Where did you find that?
Super cool finish too!
Off-the-shelf Gotoh from Allparts.
The neck plate matches.
I spent more on those plates than buying two Squier Bullet Strats.
They have matching knobs ($50) and tuners ($200), but I used the Baja circuit so I needed the S1 switch on the volume control and having engraved only on the tone would have looked off.

The finish is called "American Special" by Shawn Fintel at Guitarpaintguys
He kinda' specializes in that type of finish. Other colors he calls "decay", it's a basic marbelized finish.

I have a matching Strat body, but the blank was not drilled properly so it's going to take some TLC with a drill press and plugs to put the neck and bridge in the right place without damaging the visible parts of the finish.
The Strat will also carry a pearloid PG and barrel knobs.
