Hi all!

need a little help in identifying an old Burny SG that has no serial number. Old fernandes catalogues don't seem to have a P-90 model, my sense is that it's a FSG-70 made in the 70's.

Bought this months ago to help a friend's financial situation...now letting got to fund a bass.

Any help would be appreciated!

The 3 screw truss rod cover would indicate that it was made in Korea.

The 3 screw truss rod cover would indicate that it was made in Korea. It appears to be a copy of a late 60's Std., yet has P-90's like a Special. I wouldn't be surprised if the pickups and pickguard aren't original.

Very old MIJ.

Have always loved those over-engineered Grover's.

thanks for the help...looks like MIJ to me...

do the long tenon joints positively mark it as MIJ?
