Harmonic Design pickups...

Not much love shown here for them. I used to own a few sets and they were really cool, especially my former Strat set which now lives in a friend's 62 RI Stratocaster which gets played constantly is his recording studio.... any experience and / or love for these pickups?

Ah! Was trying to remember the name of these! I had some P90s by Harmonic Design in an Edenhaus Tele Jr. Was a very cool guitar and (the pickups) sounded great too.

I had Harmonic Design P90's in a Les Paul, they sounded really cool but made a lot of hum.

HD P90s do hum as much as any other true P90, really... are you sure it wasn't faulty?

I don't think it was faulty, but who knows....

Anyway the drummer (who normally dig my gear and sound) complained about the huuuummmm....

(thanks for the thread...allways wondered about harmonic design...was going to purchase some, until I learned about the waiting time).
