So far, this has been a thrilling birthday!

I had surgery on my right hand a couple of weeks ago-- three days in the hospital zonked on morphine with a side order of percocet, and Rosie O'Donnell bitching to Ellen DeGeneres about something on television. Thought I must have died and gone to hell...

Yeah I gotta say, being subjected to Rosie O' and Ellen has to take all the fantasy fun out of a sponge-bath. I mean, you can close your eyes and pretend it's someone else, but with Rosie in the mix..

Nah. No good.

Please, next time you might not be home, find a way to cover your cat's needs. I'm sure you're like me and couldn't deal with losing such a good companion!

If I was near you, I'd find a way to help out. My cats are quite high on my priority list. They bring my many smiles every day.

Keep healing and if both exes show up at the same time, save some Birthday Cake...... Imagine the fun that could be! LOL
